Payment is required 4 weeks in advance of arrival. We don't process credit cards and as such payment is required by bank transfer or cheque. If neither of these are possible then payment, in cash, on arrival is acceptable.
Guests should be aware that Livingstone Place is a top-floor apartment with no lift access available. Guests are requested to provide a contact email when booking, as the property need to advise of entry instructions. Please note, as the property is completely non-smoking, any guests found to have smoked in their room will be charged a cleaning fee.
